At ILoveDooney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your handbags or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all dust bags and authenticity cards are included before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
